Delivery Terms

Thank you for choosing OneCoconut. To ensure quality and timely delivery of fresh coconuts, please review our delivery terms below.

1. Delivery Schedule

Our deliveries operate as per the following schedule:

• Monday to Saturday: 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM
• Sunday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

2. Order Processing

Orders placed after 6 PM on Sunday will be considered for the next available delivery window. Any orders placed after that may be scheduled for a later day, depending on availability.

3. Delivery Area

Currently, we only deliver within specific serviceable areas. If your location falls outside our range, we will inform you during order confirmation.

4. Delays and Exceptions

While we strive to deliver within the mentioned time slots, there may be delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
